Following the Prime Minster’s recent announcement on 10th May and following FHT and ABT guidelines. Dominic Raab has now confirmed that hair & beauty salons (which should also include therapists) must stay closed until the 4th July at the earliest.

I will not be opening until there is more clarity on many concerns in the industry, and how to return to work safely when the time is right. This will be when my insurers cover me for all the treatments that I provide to my clients.

I am at present deep cleansing my treatment room and refurbish removing all unnecessary clutter and paperwork.

I would welcome back my regular clients, and any clients which were cancelled during the COVID-19 pandemic, also any outstanding clients who purchased gift vouchers.

My opening times will change to Mondays 9am to 1pm, Thursday and Friday 6pm to 8pm. Alternate Saturdays 9am to 5.30pm.

The times of treatments will be longer due to allow extra cleaning, change of workwear, protecting PPE plastic aprons, masks.

The use of hand gel for clients to use before and after treatment and use disposable towels for massages and reflexology.

Payments to be made by bank transfer or PayPal or card machine rather than cash.

All consultations to be paperless of which I am researching, incorporating COVID-19 questions.

Finally, I would like to thank all my clients for there patience and cooperation. Please look at my website for any further news or updates to my business.
